Sliotars: Lots
Cones: 4
Skills: Striking, Shooting, Controlling, Catching
Level of Effort: 3.5/5
Level of Complexity: 2.5/5
Set-up:
Break the players into four groups with a group at each of the four cones on the 45m lines as shown below. Divide all the balls between groups 1 and 4. Have two or three people behind the goals to feed the balls back out to cones 1 and 4.

Description:
The first players at 1 and 4 strike a diagonal ball across the middle of the field for the first players lined up at cones 2 and 3. The strike could be over a target such as a small goals. The strike should be a direct low strike in front of the player at the opposite cone.
The player facing the ball comes onto it and either catches or controls the ball. They then turn strike it over the bar; at 2 they will be shooting off their left and at 3 they will shoot off their right.
After striking the ball at each cone the players move on to the next cone. This can be either clockwise or anti-clockwise but all the players have to be moving in the same direction. The second players in each group repeat the drill.
The players should be working hard on this drill using it as a stamina as well as a striking drill. The ball should be struck on the run at all times and the players should run hard between the cones. With 16 to 20 players there should be little waiting time and players will only have a short break at each cone.

One thing I learned in life is to love what makes you happy and to cherish every moment you spend with your family, friends or love ones because everything that we have now on earth is temporary. Well, thank you for inspiring us with your great art work.
